Free construction skills training for Ojodu youth

Ojodu LCDA, in partnership with Honeytreat Trade Academy, has opened a free construction skills training programme for unemployed youth in the constituency.
Training is 100 per cent free and covers masonry and tilling, painting and decoration, electrical wiring and solar installations, plumbing, and furniture making.
Trainees who complete the programme sit the Trade Test 3 and 2 and receive a Certificate of Completion of Training.
The programme runs for six months, combining three months of training with three months of industry work experience.
Applicants must be aged 18 to 35, resident in Ojodu LCDA, and willing to commit to the full six months.
