Ojodu LCDA Awards Bursaries to Bright Pupils, Empowers Teachers at 2026 Ceremony
Bright pupils and students of Ojodu LCDA have received bursary awards, and outstanding teachers were recognised and empowered at the council's 2026 presentation ceremony honouring excellence in education.
Ojodu Local Council Development Area has presented bursary awards to bright pupils and students of the council, alongside a recognition of excellence for teachers who have distinguished themselves in service.
The presentation ceremony also featured the Annual Teachers' Empowerment Project, under which outstanding teachers are rewarded for their commitment to the classroom.
A presentation of ₦250,000 went to a second prize winner in the 2026 edition of the project.
The awards reflect a continuing focus on education as a foundation of community progress.
Bright pupils and students must be encouraged to stay in school and aim higher, and teachers deserve recognition for the work they do every day.
Education remains a priority that must be encouraged and supported — it is a core part of our HEYS agenda.
Investing in our pupils and our teachers today is investing in the future of Ojodu LCDA.
